Starring Kathryn Grayson, Keenan Wynn, Pianist Jose Iturbi, EthelBarrymore and Introducing Mario Lanza.

2.              The Toast of New Orleans, (M.G.M., 1950).
Starring Mario Lanza, with Kathryn Grayson, David Niven, J. Carrol Naish

3.              The Great Caruso, (M.G.M. 1951).
Starring Mario Lanza, with Ann Blyth, Dorothy Kirsten. And a host of other well know Opera stars appeared in The Great Caruso.  Strange As It May Seem:  In the film the Great Caruso, history repeated itself!  Richard Hageman, who conducted the orchestra while Enrico Caruso sang "Vesti La Giubba" from Pagliacci in the 1917 Liberty Bond Drive at the Metropolitan Opera House, directed Mario Lanza in the identical scene for this film.

Mario ?s singing voice was used in this film.  He did not appear in the Student Prince, due to Controversial matters with the studio.

6.              Serenade, (Warner Bros., 1956).
Starring Mario Lanza, with Joan Fontaine , Vincent Price, Sarita Montiel, Harry Bellaver, Joseph Calleia.  Half of 121 minute running-time of Serenade was devoted to star Mario Lanza singing operatic arias, folk songs, and a couple of new Nicholas Brodsky-Sammy Cahn numbers designed for the hit parade; the other half of the film wasgiven over to the story.  The film location shots were in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico.

7.              The Seven Hills of Rome, (M.G.M., 1957 Filmed In Italy). Starring Mario Lanza, with Peggy Castle, Marissa Allasio, Renato Rascel.

8.              For the First Time, (M.G.M. 1959 filmed In Italy).  Starring Mario Lanza, with Zsa Zsa Gabor.  This was Mario?s last film.
